About Lizzie:
Lizzie is a fabricating designer, creating many of the first samples for herself: as she test drives everything in her line. Lizzie combines European trending with casual fabrications for everyday wear.
Lizzie is a sustainable designer and uses organic fabrications in all of her work. Her signature fabric is one of the first organically certified bamboo jerseys on the market.
Lizzie also manufactures in the store creating a true atelier experience. Customers can also request eco bespoke services and we will make garments to order. Many Customers have said the atelier is a throwback to the old dressmakers shop with a very modern twist.

-If you would like to return an item you must send us an email to info@lizzieparker.com within FOUR DAYS of receiving the product. You must specify which item you would like to return as well as the reason for the return. We will then send you a return authorization number that should be written on the outside of your return package. The return package must be postmarked no later than FIVE DAYS from the date of original receipt of the product. ANY CLAIMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFUND.
-All Products must be unused and undamaged, in orginal packaging (whenever possible) and with hangtags (if any) attached to ensure a refund for the cost of the product.

-All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for the original purchase and upon return. You will not be refunded for shipping costs. We recommed that you use UPS or an insured parcel post for your return. CODs or third party billing will not be accepted.
-Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
-We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
DAMAGED GOODS:
At Lizzie Parker quality control is very important to us and we do everything possible to ensure our goods are shipped in premium condition. We ask that you inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. In the case of a damaged or defective item, you must notify us by e-mail within FOUR DAYS of receiving the order, at info@lizzieparker.com, to be eligible for a refund. In addition, you must include an accurate description of the damage, as well as the location of the damage on the garment. Any manufacturer damage claims sent in after two days of receiving the order will not be considered for a refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents..
